I am a military man and family man.  I love physical fitness any kind name it.  I am especially tuned into running.  I love the wind.  I use the run as an active meditation.  Gotta love it.   I enjoy the ocean air and sunsets.   Love to write poems when the words fall from the sky.  Its been a dry year but last night the flood gates opened.  I especially love my wife and children.  She is my soul mate and best friend and the kids make great playmates. :)
